Use this option to redo a macro capture. The text input captured will overwrite what was previously captured and saved to the macro. Highlight a macro in the Keyboard Express - Explorer list. Then click on Macro > Recapture Macro to open the following window.

Press the Capture button to start the capture process. Press the hotkey assigned to the macro or right mouse click on the recording icon in the system tray to stop the capture. When finished capturing, the original macro contents are overwritten with the new capture information.

 

 

When ALT key is pressed, capture it twice
This feature instructs Keyboard Express to capture 2 Alts (<ALT><ALT>) whenever the alt key is pressed during the capture. This may be necessary in some applications if the sequence will be capturing menu commands invoked using the ALT key. A double ALT will ensure that the menu command is played back correctly.
