Due to the high volume of requests to retrieve lost license codes, and the effort required to fulfill those requests, we have implemented the following policy.
If you clicked on Instant Delivery when you purchased your license for Keyboard Expresss, you may retrieve your license information directly from BlueSnap (formerly known as Plimus) by visiting their Find your order page and following the instructions.
For additional help with your purchase through BlueSnap visit: BlueSnap Shopper Support.
If you did not purchase through BlueSnap, or are unsuccessful in finding your license information, we will retrieve and resend your license details only if you have Purchase Protection.
