Create macros to perform Internet searches. Choose from six different search engines.

 

Keyboard Express - Explorer > Quick Macro > Open a System Folder

 

 

Search Engine

Select which search engine to use from the drop down list. Choose from Google, Bing, Yahoo, eBay, Amazon and IMDB.

 

Prompt for search string

This option will prompt the user to enter the search string during playback of the macro. Enter the search criteria in the dialog prompt at macro runtime. When selected, the "What do you want to search for" option is unavailable.

 

What do you want to search for?

Enter the search criteria that the engine will look for.

 

HotKey

With the cursor in the edit box, press a hotkey combination to be used. Or click on the HotKeys button and select an available hotkey from the drop down list.

 

Macro Nickname

Optionally assign a name to the macro to more readily determine what the macro does.

 

 

Press OK to save and return to the Keyboard Express - Explorer window.
