The Keyboard Express Explorer window will not display on screen.

First, make sure that the program is running. If so, right mouse click on the Keyboard Express icon in the notification area. Select Tools and Restore Window Positions. Left click on the Keyboard Express icon in the notification area to open the program window. It should display in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

Most likely the window is displaying off screen. Another way to retrieve the window is to do the following:

1. Left click on the Keyboard Express icon in the notification area
2. Press Alt + Space Bar
3. Click on Move from the menu that appears
4. Press the up arrow key
5. Move the mouse around and it should bring the window back on screen
