The macros are playing back the reverse state of caps and lower case letters.

Edit the macro in the Keyboard Express – Editor window. Click on the Miscellaneous tab and select the two caps lock options – “Turn off the CAPS lock prior to running the macro” and “Restore the CAPS lock state after finishing the macro”. Save the change and this will resolve the issue.
